Overview
The RAVAS-4100 is a hand pallet truck scale designed for counting parts, dosing, and mixing. It features an internal clock for date/time and supports three communication protocols. The scale includes an automatic dosing function and a parts counting program.

Functions
The scale provides kg/lb toggle, automatic switch-off after 30 minutes of non-use, error messages display, internal clock, two RS232 outputs, piece counting by entry of piece weight or sampling, code entry, totalling with sequence number, automatic and manual tare, gross/net weighing, and automatic and manual zero correction.

Standard Specifications
The RAVAS-4100 includes a pump quick lift, weighs 99 kg, and is epoxy painted in red (RAL 3000). It features polyurethane loading wheels and rubber steering wheels. The charging time is approximately 6 hours, with a battery life of 35 hours. The battery is 12Vdc/1.2Ah, exchangeable, and includes a charger. The protection class for load cells is IP67 and for the indicator is IP65. The keypad has 5 function keys and an on/off key, and the display is an LCD with an 18 mm digit height and backlight. The maximum tolerance is 0.1% of the load lifted, with a weighing capacity of 2,200 kg and multirange graduation.
