MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS HOW DOES FORM’IT!® TRAY WORK? We have spent a considerable amount of effort developing new technologies to make the job of erecting your trays easier and easier. From a horizontal magazine a blank is taken with vacuum and put in position. 4 snap-lock clips transport the blank to the forming head position. During the transfer hotmelt glue is applied very precisely on the long flaps.
