HOW DOES FORM’IT!® CASE WORK? MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS The vacuum pick-up frame takes the unfolded blank by means of 8 suction cups. Then, the vacuum pick-up frame hinges back to an angle of 90 degrees and opens the blank into a case with open flaps. After the flaps are folded a pusher forwards the case in the direction of the closing section. Two closing methods are available. Hot-melt gluing While the case is pushed, glue is being applied on the long flaps. Then a stamp presses the flaps inside the case before the case finally exits the machine.
