Specifications:
The Form’it!® Case machine is available in three frames (1000, 2000, 3000) and offers two types of sealing: Hotmelt and Tape. It supports single or multiple magazines, accommodating up to four different case sizes simultaneously. The machine operates with an electrical supply of 3 x 400V - 50Hz and consumes approximately 5 kW for Hotmelt and 0.6 kW for tape. It requires an air supply of 6 bars and consumes about 40 nL per cycle. The magazine length is 1340 mm, extendable to 2090 mm as an option.

Technical Characteristics:
The machine features an ergonomic and motorized "walk-in" magazine, ensuring 100% control of the blank for straight angles. Spring-loaded transportation belts maintain precise alignment at 90 degrees. The operator interface is a color touch screen, and data exchange is possible with potential-free contacts. The standard outfeed height is 600 ± 30 mm, with other heights available on demand.

Operation Process:
The vacuum pick-up frame uses suction cups to take the unfolded blank, which is then opened into a case with open flaps. The flaps are folded, and a pusher moves the case to the closing section. Two closing methods are available: Hot-melt gluing and Tape sealing. In Hot-melt gluing, glue is applied to the long flaps, and a stamp presses them inside the case. In Tape sealing, conveyor belts apply tape to the bottom of the case.
