• Head: The milling head features an A-axis and C-axis with a maximum speed of 200°/sec. It provides continuous torque of 543 Nm and 533 Nm, intermittent torque of 789 Nm and 761 Nm, and peak torque of 1030 Nm and 935 Nm, respectively. The clamping torque is 5000 Nm, with hydraulic clamp rated pressure at a maximum of 100 bar (120 bar) for the A-axis and 60 bar (80 bar) for the C-axis. The accuracy of encoders is +/- 10 arcseconds, and the overall mass is 600 kg.
• Spindle: The spindle supports tool types HSK A63 and HSK A100, with maximum spindle speeds of 24000 rpm and 15000 rpm, respectively. Power output is 42 kW (55 kW) for HSK A63 and 50 kW (67 kW) for HSK A100, with torque values of 67 Nm (87 Nm) and 95 Nm (124 Nm). Bearings are lubricated with oil/air, and the spindle model is HSD ES510.
