SAW Oscillator (OCVCSO) operating at 1000 MHz. It consists of a 500 MHz SAW Oscillator followed by a frequency doubler, designed for airborne environments with vibration and shock absorbers. The package dimensions are 70mm x 70mm x 34.75mm.
