Step by step for the best result SOLID CORE For the manufacture of our wheel centres, we process more than 9,000 tonnes of cast iron and steel from European foundries every year in our state-of-the-art mechanical production at more than 30 turning and machining centres. Standard wheel materials All of our polyurethande elastomers out of VULKOLLAN®* and Polyurethan are processed in a hot-casting process. In contrast to cold-cast systems, these are of a higher quality and must undergo subsequent heat treatment known as curing.
