Overview: The MXA/F series microbalances are designed for precise measurement of small masses with a high readability of 1 µg. They feature a graphic display with an extended user menu and an automatic calibration system to ensure measurement accuracy.
Design and Functionality: The microbalance consists of two components: one housing the electronic modules and the other the precise mechanical measuring system. This design minimizes the impact of temperature changes on measurement accuracy. The weighing chamber is cylindrical with an aluminum draught shield, made from glass or metal to reduce electrostatic interference.
Specifications: The MXA/F series offers a maximum capacity of 5g with a readability of 1 µg. The weighing chamber dimensions are 118 × 50 mm, with a pan size of 100 mm. The stabilization time is 20 seconds, and the working temperature range is +18 °C to +30 °C. Power supply options include 230V / 11V AC or 120V / 11V AC.
Features: The microbalance includes features such as checkweighing, filling, percentage, statistics, and air buoyancy correction. It supports GLP procedures and offers standard and customizable printouts. Connectivity options include RS 232, PS/2 output, and the possibility of connecting an additional display.
Additional Equipment: Optional equipment includes an anti-vibration table, printers (KAFKA 1), a microbalance shield, a foot button for tare or print functions, and computer software (PW-WIN, RAD-KEY, REC-FS).
