Sub 1GHz Multichannel Radio Transceiver It is a low cost sub 1GHz multichannels transceiver designed for low-consumption wireless applications. The hardware is based on a Silicon Labs SMOOO component. The main features of this device are: Output power up to +20 dBm (lOOmWatt) Integrated Microcontroller (8051 core), selectable modulation (OOK, FSK, GFSK), low power consumption. RadioControlli has developed an WSN (wireless sensor network) architecture of a network of control and measurement. This application allows to manage and customize the WSN via the UART interface connected to a host system. Technical Characteristics Supply Voltage Supply Current ( RX mode / TX mode) Supply Corrente (TX mode / +20dBm) Supply Corrente (TX mode / 0 dBm ) Supply Corrente sleep mode Startup Time (Sleep to RX/TX mode) Operating Temperature Range RF Sensitivity (1.2 Kb/sec Data Rate) For more informations and details, please refer to SMOOO Silicon Labs datasheet. Open the catalog to page 2The Control and Measurement wireless network, denominated SENS0NET is composed by a gateway and a series of Low Power Control and Measurement unit (sensor) connected at star. Each Control and Measurement unit (sensor) is characterized a unique address (called "sensor address") and a "gateway address", related to a gateway that can communicate with it. SENS0NET can be managed by an external control unit (an embedded system or a PC) connected to the gateway via UART interface. SENS0NET integrates the low consumption technology. SENS0NET can be customized according to customer requirements (firmware),...
