PROLINE® Labeling System PROLINE® Technically Advanced High Speed Vertical Roller For the ultimate in high speed performance, the ProLine Vertical roller system was specifically designed for high volume packagers of bottled water containers. Unlike conventional wrap systems, this vertical roller system uses 4 points of bottle contract to square and align the surface of the container to ensure label spiral is minimized. Production rates up to 300 ppm with a +/- 1/32” accuracy are possible with this system. The ProLine Vertical Roller labeling system includes features such as a servo driven feedscrew, Allen-Bradley® PLC control, color touchscreen operator interface and servo driven label applicator.
