CAPABILITIES PROFILE Front/Back Rotary Labeling PRODUCTS Various Plastic Oval Containers Shampoo Bottles INDUSTRY Pharmaceutical Cosmetic Personal Care This highly-advanced labeling system combines a 12-tool rotary base (816 mm dia. turret) with two Quadrel high-speed label applicators. Features of this system include full guarding, stainless steel construction, environmentally sealed electronics and a full complement of faults. This project involved applying "hour-glass" shaped, clear labels to plastic oval containers at relatively high speeds. The impracticality of in-line labeling made Rotary the ideal choice. This system is designed to accommodate up to PRODUCTION RATES 250-300 PPM APPLICATION Front/Back four label applicators and is capable of applying front/back, wraparound, neck and spot labels at up to 250 products per minute. It may also be configured to automatically switch from one applicator to another for nonstop, "zero-downtime" production. Quadrel's high-performance/competitively-priced rotary labeling systems are available in several base sizes to accommodate virtually any speed requirements.
