Features of this system include full guarding, stainless steel construction, environmentally sealed electronics and a full complement of faults. This project involved applying "hour-glass" shaped, clear labels to plastic oval containers at relatively high speeds. The impracticality of in-line labeling made Rotary the ideal choice. This system is designed to accommodate up to PRODUCTION RATES 250-300 PPM APPLICATION Front/Back four label applicators and is capable of applying front/back, wraparound, neck and spot labels at up to 250 products per minute. It may also be configured to automatically switch from one applicator to another for nonstop, "zero-downtime" production.
