P.W. Lenzen offers a range of steel strapping seals suitable for both combined and manual steel strapping appliances. The seals accommodate strap sizes from 13 x 22 mm up to 32 x 57 mm.

Surface Finishes

The seals are available in three surface finishes: bright, galvanised, and painted. Additionally, customization options include printing with the customer's company logo.

Delivery Forms

Seals are supplied in various delivery formats including open, half-open, push, or magazine style packaging to suit different application needs.

• 32 x 35 mm – 1,000 pieces per carton

Specific seals are designed for round clamp tools, with dimensions and packaging as follows:

• 13 x 22 mm – 2,000 pieces
• 16 x 22 mm – 2,000 pieces (compatible with PWL 750 II)
• 19 x 25 mm – 2,000 pieces
• 19 x 40 mm – 1,000 pieces (compatible with PWL 760 II)
• 19 x 45 mm – 1,000 pieces
• 25 x 40 mm – 1,000 pieces (compatible with PWL 770 II)
• 25 x 45 mm – 1,000 pieces
• 32 x 40 mm – 1,000 pieces
• 32 x 45 mm – 1,000 pieces
• 19 x 57 mm – 1,000 pieces (compatible with PWL 860 and PWL 880)
• 25 x 57 mm – 1,000 pieces (compatible with PWL 860 and PWL 880)
• 32 x 57 mm – 1,000 pieces (compatible with PWL 770 II)
