The SCTP Servo Cartridge Pump by PVA is designed to meter materials directly from disposable plastic cartridges using a linear drive. This design eliminates moving components and seals, resulting in a low-maintenance solution. It supports both 20 oz and 32 oz cartridges and can be used for single or dual-component meter-mix applications.
- Menu-driven HMI for programming functions such as shot size, mix ratio, flow rate, pressure control, auto purge, optional color sensors, and low-level detection.
- Shot Volume:
Single Component: 0.5 ml to 946 ml
Dual Component: 1.0 ml to 1892 ml - Flow Rate:
Single Component: 0.1 ml/min to 300 ml/min
Dual Component: 0.2 ml/min to 600 ml/min - Two-Component Mix Ratio: 1:1 to 10:1
- Maximum Pressure: 450 psi
