The FCM200 is suitable for streaming lines or dispensing dots of low to moderate viscosity underfill, encapsulants, conformal coatings, and lubricants. The FCM200 can apply fluids at up to 8mm above the substrate to create a true “non-contact” application. The FCM200 is compatible with all PVA automated platforms.
