The proven 4-cylinder gasoline engine from Kubota with 37 kW is powerful and meets the “Stage V” emission standard. The machine is characterized by a new, modern and compact design. The unbraked axle and the optimal weight distribution make maneuvering on the construction site much easier. Self-levelling floor screed In order to ensure a continuous flow of material even with liquid screeds containing metal or plastic fibers the machine is equipped with a patented vibrating screen with angular profile bars. The new “ICC” vibrator has been moved from the dirt area under the hood and offers three different vibration modes. Calcium sulphate screed (anhydrite) ■ Cement floor screed Shotcrete up to 8 mm grain size Increased user friendliness is ensured by a “Start & Stop” function and the “City Mode”, which allows the engine speed to be reduced to reduce noise in urban areas. The electronic control of the engine enables additional fuel savings. The fuel consumption is comparable to that of a diesel pump of equivalent performance. With a delivery rate of up to 20 m³/h, numerous new functions and comprehensive standard equipment, the machine meets all the requirements of liquid screed applicators. The new „ICC“ vibrator is located outside the dirt area under the hood. This is also where the optional battery charger for the wireless remote control with precise delivery rate adjustment can be found. The patented quick-change system for the worm pump saves time and facilitates the handling. Without additional tools only one person is needed to change even the the heaviest 2L8 rotor/stator combination.
