MXR Multi boom: a quick-change artist on the construction site As a stationary boom the Multi boom is fully geared to pumping duties at a professional level In building construction situations where the reach and capabilities of large truck- mounted concrete pumps can no longer cope, the separate stationary boom is the right solution. It consists of the cruciform base, the pipe column and a special boom with a quick-release device. As required the boom is driven to the site, without any additional means of transportation being required. The quick- release device is undone and the boom is quickly set down on the pipe column. And once the job is finished, it reverts to being the mobile placement boom of a truck-mounted concrete pump. This means maximum flexibility and minimum capital tie-up.
