Product catalog summary
Specifications:
Microdelta® differential pressure devices are designed to operate at actuation pressures of 35 psi (2.4 bar) or 100 psi (6.90 bar), with a maximum system pressure of 6,000 psi and a typical burst pressure of 22,000 psi. The devices are compatible with various seal materials, each suitable for different temperature ranges and fluid types: Nitrile seals (-65˚F to 225˚F) for petroleum-based fluids, Fluorocarbon seals (-15˚F to 400˚F) for synthetic lube oils, and Ethylene Propylene seals (-70˚F to 250˚F) for phosphate ester fluids. The housing is made of aluminum with a clear anodize finish. Electrical switch ratings are 7 amps resistive and 4 amps inductive at 28 VDC or 250 VAC.
Features:
Microdelta® devices utilize a magnetically operated actuation mechanism, eliminating the need for external dynamic seals and preventing downstream leakage. An optional thermal lockout feature prevents false actuations at cold start by inhibiting indicator actuation below 85˚F. The devices are designed to reduce operating costs by signaling the need for filter element replacement only when necessary, maximizing the element's dirt holding capacity.
Indicators:
Available indicators include visual indicators with a pop-up button, with or without thermal lockout, and electrical indicators with three wire leads or a DIN 43650 connector. The visual indicator extends a red button to signal a clogged element, while the electrical indicators facilitate remote signaling.
Ordering Information:
Part numbers are provided for different seal materials and actuation pressures. For example, Nitrile seals have part numbers 500JA3503 for 35 PSID and 500JA10003 for 100 PSID.

Differential pressure indicator-2

MAGNETICALLY OPERATED Microdelta9 differential pressure devices utilize a magnetically operated actuation mechanism to indicate when the preset element differential pressure has been reached. The magnetically attractive forces act through solid metal walls of the indicator housing precluding the need for external dynamic seals and their associated fluid leakage paths. Rare earth magnets are used in Microdelta differential pressure devices for their strong magnetic forces and good shock and vibration resistance. Microdelta differential pressure devices uti- lize an internal seal on the pressure...

Differential pressure indicator-3

MICRO DELTA® differential pressure devices sense the differential pressure directly across the filter element. At a preset P, the indicator will actuate, signalling the need to change the filter element. This permits maximum use of the element, requiring element changing only when the full dirt holding capacity is reached, rather than changing elements on a periodic time basis which may result in premature disposal of "still useful" elements. Microdelta differential pressure devices actually reduce plant operating costs by signalling the need for element replacement only when the elements have...
