monitoring option DUAL OPD monitoring option DUAL-plants With the version PURION DUAL OTC Professional it is possible to operate one or both UV reactors. The control system is realized integrated in one electronic control cabinet. For both PURION UV-lamps a monitoring of the life time of the UV lamp is integrated (OTC 2). The second UV plant in flow direction can be additionally switched on (priority circuit). If only the first UV plant (in flow direction) is operated the second UV plant will be immediately and automatically switched on if there is an error or the life time of the UV lamp expires. With this backup mechanisms in case of operation only the first UV lamp a very high degree of safety is ensured. With the version PURION DUAL OPD both UV plants are switched and operated parallel. The control system is realized in one electronic control cabinet with one Operating Power Detection (OPD) to monitor the UVC intensity. The first UV plant in flow direction is equipped with a direct monitoring of the UVC intensity. Due to the simultaneous switching of both UV plants the current UVC intensity for the whole DUAL plant is displayed. Power supply is carried out with 110 - 240 V 50/60 Hz. For the UV plant PURION 1000 Dual power supply can also be carried out with 12 V DC.
