Applications
The SPL is ideal for environments where access is hazardous, contamination is present, or there is insufficient staff for regular lubrication.
Gas Generation Cells
The gas production rate is directly related to the current reduced into the electrolyte. Pressure is generated based on resistance to flow, with no flow resulting in pressure and no resistance resulting in no pressure.
Installation Procedure
1. Check application requirements.
2. Prepare unit and accessories.
3. Remove grease nipple and install the unit.
4. Turn on the unit and select the mode.
5. Ensure the unit is operational within two weeks.
6. Address any operational issues.
Mode Settings Guidelines
To start, press and lock the green button, then select the dispensing mode using the red button. The LED will blink every 7 seconds to indicate operation.
Installation Notes
- Remove contaminants before installation.
- Install one unit per bearing point.
- Bearings larger than 120mm require two units with a non-return valve.
- Install one unit per nipple if a bearing has multiple nipples.

Electrochemical Automatic Single Point Lubricator KLT200C The Single-Point Lubricator (SPL) is one of how to extend the life of the bearing in the manufacturing process. Pulsarlube C, Is the New Generation of electrochemical, Automatic, SPL, and is designed to ensure a precise, predictable, and fresh supply of lubricant in a wide variety of Industrial applications. Pulsarlube C delivers a self contained (pre-packed) lubricant, under pressure, by means of a controlled reaction that generates inert Nitrogen (N2) gas. Unlike traditional gas charged lubricators using combustible Hydrogen (H2) gas generation as the result of metal / acid reaction. Pulsarlube C uses an inert Nitrogen gas generation co trolled by a Microprocessor, which is similar to safety airbag technology widely used in vehicles.
