Product Overview
The DIT-01 Falling Dart Impact Tester is designed to measure the impact mass and energy required to damage 50% of a plastic film or sheet sample under a free-falling dart. It features a high-end configuration with a 7-inch HD color touch screen, two test modes (A and B), and an electromagnetic hanging dart release system to minimize human error. The device also includes pneumatic sample clamping and dual start modes (manual and pedal).

Software and Data Management
The tester supports multi-unit display of test results, graphic display of the test process, and has output and print functions. It can store up to 100,000 test records and is equipped with a micro printer and RS232 interface for easy PC connection and data transmission.

Safety Features
The device includes real-time system status monitoring and a protective cover to ensure operator safety.

Test Principle
The test begins by selecting a method and estimating an initial mass. The mass is adjusted based on whether the sample is damaged. Testing continues until 10 samples are damaged or undamaged, and the system calculates the impact results automatically.

Applications
The tester is suitable for films and sheets, aluminum foils, aluminum plastic composite films, paper, and paperboard. It also supports extended applications like drop ball impact tests and shoulder lining impact tests.

Configuration
The standard configuration includes Method A&B, a touch screen, micro printer, foot pedals, professional software, and a communication cable. Note that the air source interface is Φ8 mm PU Tubing and must be prepared by the user.
