Overview
PENTALIGN® is a precision tool designed for measuring the perpendicularity and parallelism of axes and planes in various industrial applications. It is particularly useful for components such as wind tower segment flanges, spindles, base plates, ship rudder carrier plans, propellers, gearbox shaft casings, and press surfaces.
Specifications
The PENTALIGN® system includes a high accuracy rotatable pentaprism that, when used with an external laser source, creates a precise perpendicular laser plane. It features a 5-axis fine adjustment base with built-in magnets for flexible fixation, and an optional offset table for large adjustments. The system is compact and lightweight, making it versatile for different mounting options.
Procedures
The device allows for precise adjustment on five axes: vertical and horizontal offset, vertical, horizontal, and axial angle. The centering sensor ensures accurate alignment of the pentaprism's rotating axis to the reference laser, minimizing deviation of the outgoing beam. This setup is crucial for accurate flatness measurement of perpendicular surfaces.

Applications
