PT-Lock electronic RFID cylinder PT-Lock electronic RFID cylinder The PT-Lock is a flexible and easy-to-use door access control system. The system consists of a high-quality electronic lock cylinder with RFID reader, control electronics and batteries, all integrated in the cylinder. When a valid card is presented to the reader, the lock is activated and the user can open/close the door by turning the cylinder knob. System features : This PT-Lock RFID locking cylinder is operated by standard batteries, located in the inside knob together with the control electronics. The RFID reader is located in the outside knob. By presenting a valid tag to the reader, this knob is electronically activated and the user can open or close the lock by simple turning of the knob. The system is available with a reader for Mifare (1k / 4k) transponders, or with a reader for 125 kHz EM4102 transponders. The inside knob is firmly connected with the lock mechanism, so that it can be opened from the inside at any time. The system offers a memory for up to 100 users. Users are programmed by means of a Master Card. If required, this Master Card can be used on multiple PT-Lock cylinders within a site. The cylinder can be built into most locks for Euro-profile cylinders. Installation is very easy to do. Both in- and outside knobs have a quality-finished high-grade steel surface. The cylinders are available in lengths starting from 30/30 mm and increasing with 5 mm steps up to 70/70 mm. As an option, also half cylinders are available.
