System Functions: The StableFlow Power Generator Hydrogen Monitoring and Optimization System provides continuous monitoring of hydrogen purity and dew point, ensuring control while maintaining specified pressure. It also monitors re-gas levels of H2 in Air, H2 in CO2, and Air in CO2.

System Requirements: The system operates on 110 to 240 VAC, single phase, 5 amps, 50 or 60 Hz. It requires an inlet H2 pressure of 1.7 to 5.2 bar and uses instrument air for electrical cabinet purge gas. The purge gas must be clean, dry air per ISO 8573.1 Class 5.4.5. Operating temperature ranges from 4° to 50°C, with Ethernet RJ45 for communications.

System Features: The system is fully automated with data logging, remote telemetry, and a local operator interface. It includes StableFlow software control and an integrated system controller. The dimensions are 39” x 23” x 82” for the product and 47” x 40” x 90” for shipping, with respective weights of 375 lbs and 730 lbs. It is designed for indoor, floor-mounted installation within ± 3° of level.

Dew Point Sensor: The sensor measures a range from -80°C to +20°C with an accuracy of ± 3°C and a response time of less than 10 seconds.

Hydrogen Purity Monitor: Utilizes a vibrating element technique with a response time of less than 10 seconds, offering high linearity and repeatability.

Pressure Transducer: Operates within 0 to 6.9 bar and -30°C to +50°C, with an accuracy of ±0.25% full scale.

4-20 mA Outputs: Provides signals for pressure, purity, dew point, and bleed valve position, with a customer load of ≤ 600 ohm max.

Description: The system monitors and controls the hydrogen atmosphere in electric power generators to meet OEM specified levels.

Applicability: Suitable for all hydrogen-cooled electric power generators.

Safety and Regulatory Conformity: Complies with multiple standards including CSA/EN/IEC/UL 61010-1, NFPA 70, and others. Classified as Class 1, Div 2 / Zone 2.
