Technical Features Overview

Flow Rate: The nitrogen gas generators are available in three models with different flow rates: N34M (34 SLPM), N60M (60 SLPM), and N120M (120 SLPM).

Purity: All models offer nitrogen purity levels up to 99.9%.

Technology: These generators employ membrane technology.

Output Pressure: The output pressure ranges from 0 to 7 barg (0 to 100 psig).

Construction: The units are constructed with phthalate-free materials and have an ingress protection rating of IP20.

Input Air Requirements: The input air must have particulates less than 0.1 mg/m³ (≤ 0.01 µm), oil vapors ≤ 0.01 mg/m³, and moisture with a dew point ≤ 3°C at line pressure. The minimum and maximum input air pressures are 7.5 barg (110 psig) and 10 barg (145 psig), respectively.

Max Inlet Air Flow Rate: The maximum inlet air flow rates are 90 SLPM for N34M, 155 SLPM for N60M, and 310 SLPM for N120M.

Operating Conditions: The operating temperature range is 40°F to 95°F (5°C to 35°C) with ambient humidity ≤ 70% RH, non-condensing. The maximum altitude for operation is 2000 m (6560 ft) above sea level.

Dimensions and Weight: All units have dimensions of 36” (H) x 13” (W) x 8” (D) (91.4 cm x 33 cm x 20.3 cm). The weights are 42 lbs (19.1 kg) for N34M, 47 lbs (21.3 kg) for N60M, and 57 lbs (25.9 kg) for N120M.

Accessories: Available interfaces include the AB Interface and Agilent Jet Stream LC-MS Interface.
