Heat Treatment Furnaces - HLF Series

The HLF series furnaces are designed for the heat treatment of metals, glass, and similar materials. They are available with brick and fiber insulation elements and offer a range of options, making them suitable for general heat treatment procedures. The standard models can reach temperatures up to 1200°C and have a volume of 1000 liters, with larger sizes available upon request. Key features include a galvanized coating with epoxy paint for durability, vertical or sideways opening doors, a door safety switch, and customizable controllers. The furnaces ensure high temperature uniformity and easy maintenance.

Glass Furnaces - PGLS Series

The PGLS series furnaces are used for glass fusion and pate de Verre processes. These furnaces are top-heated to ensure maximum temperature homogeneity and include observation ports for monitoring. Standard models can reach up to 1000°C and have a volume of 500 liters. They are equipped with a stand frame on wheels and gas struts for easy lid opening. Custom models with hydraulic lift mechanisms are available for larger volumes.
