Fabric Material List Overview
This document provides a comprehensive list of fabric materials used for bellows and roller covers, detailing their specifications, applications, and technical characteristics.
Specifications- Each fabric is identified by a unique code (Pro001 to Pro011).
- Materials include combinations of PVC, PU, Poliéster, Fiberglass, Ptfe, Conex, and Kevlar.
- Thickness ranges from 0.21 mm to 0.8 mm.
- Temperature resistance varies, with continuous exposure ranging from -30ºC to 130ºC and momentary contact up to 280ºC.
- Applications are specified for bellows and roller covers.
Technical Characteristics- Pro001: Good abrasion resistance, suitable for environments with acids, lye, and oils.
- Pro006: High flexibility, lightweight, resistant to acids and oils, with a matt black surface to prevent soiling.
- Pro007: Higher stiffness, resistant to acids, oils, alcohols, and ammoniac.
- Pro008: Self-extinguishing, flexible, resistant to acids and oils.
- Pro009: High performance, resistant to hot chips, welding spatter, and abrasion, fire retardant.
- Pro010: Suitable for small weld splatter, fire retardant M1 class.
- Pro011: Waterproof, excellent resistance to oils, salt, and chemicals, low friction, and abrasion-resistant.
Key Considerations- Conex and Kevlar are registered trademarks, indicating specialized properties.
- Materials are designed for specific industrial applications, emphasizing durability, resistance to environmental factors, and ease of maintenance.
