A. TECHNICAL PROPOSAL 1. ELECTRIC LINE BORING MACHINE SERCO SBM1 1.1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERCO SBM1 The SERCO line boring machine uses two identical bearings and centering cones for a self-centered mounting. The machine installation is easy and fast. The Serco Boring Machine (SBM1) can be adjusted to a high precision (concentricity and parallelism within .01 mm precision). Compact and light, the new SERCO line boring machine is the perfect tool for on-site machining. The manufacturing technology used to build the SBM1 enables it to radially remove materials a few millimeters thick and to perform boring operations on diameters up to 150 mm (5,90“). SERCO’s high quality manufacturing and the small dimensions of the machine make it one of the most efficient machines on the market. The portable in line boring SBM1 is electrically driven (pneumatic or hydraulic drives available on request)
