This notice is to be placed by the controller Warning notices Failure to follow instructions contained in this notice may result in hazards to life and health of the user or third parties. • FOLLOW the below safety instructions • ONLY authorised personnel are allowed to operate the dock leveller • SECURE the lorry against rolling before loading is started; put the handbrake on, place protective wedges under the wheels. • MAKE SURE that during loading the dock leveller is safely positioned on the vehicle deck along the entire width. • NEVER set the dock leveller manually or using other auxiliary means. • NEVER use the dock leveller unless fully operational; all faults must be immediately reported to your superior. • REMEMBER to set the leveller in the rest position immediately after loading is finished. • SECURE the leveller prior to maintenance with supports. • NEVER exceed permissible load capacity. • PRIOR TO any electrical works, de-energize the leveller and protect against restarting! During loading, the leveller lip must be safely placed on the vehicle deck along the entire width. - Do not switch off the main switch! Reset the leveller to the rest position using the automatic return button - After loading is finished, press and release the auto return button. - Dock leveller will return to its rest position.
