The RCCS Cooler is available in various sizes: 19 x 26, 19 x 36, 22 x 53, 22 x 78, 28 x 88, and 28 x 100. It is designed for cooling wood pellets from hot to cold, ensuring high quality and efficiency with pneumatic handling.

Procedures:
The cooler operates with a feeding air lock and has specific retention times based on pellet moisture content (H2O) and throughput (T/H):

• 7% H2O: 4-6 min, 10-15 min, 3.3 - 4.0 T/H
• 6-8% H2O: 15-20 min, 2.9 - 3.6 T/H
• 8-10% H2O: 20-25 min, 2.5 - 3.3 T/H
• 10-12% H2O: 25-30 min, 2.2 - 2.9 T/H

Features:
The RCCS Cooler is simple, compact, and easy to maintain. It operates with high efficiency using a counter flow method, resulting in low pellet damage.

Operating Conditions:
The cooler uses fresh air ranging from -5 to 30°C, hot air from 60 to 70°C, and processes hot pellets at 80 to 100°C to produce cold pellets at approximately +10°C.

The extraction screen dimensions are provided as follows: A: 2, B: 150, C: 1, D: 640, E: 2, F: 124, G: 2, H: 752, with additional measurements of 3117, 4993, 1630, and 3363 mm.
