INTUITIVE USER INTERFACE Choose from pre-loaded Promega protocols, saved protocols, or create your own custom protocol. Use the Instrument Control screen to edit parameters, then press MEASURE in raw fluorescence mode, or touch calibrate to create a new calibration or run a previously stored calibration.
