PROMECO R DISCS SCRE INPUT MATERIAL • Compost oversize • Fine compost • Wood fiber A diverter can be added to the screen for feeding at different points: thus the screening surface can be shortened or lengthened optimizing the screening. _PRDMECO UBBER PDS-R screen is provided with several rubber star discs fixed on the shafts. While the discs transport the material, the fine material falls between the discs. This allows the separation of big wood sticks too and thus the production of a precise product material. The peculiarity of the PDS-R screens is the innovative geometry of the discs: one finger is longer than the others so that it keeps the previous and the following shaft clean while rotating.
