Leader Pins Specifications:

Material and Hardness:
The leader pins are made from AISI 4320 steel. The core and head have an approximate hardness of 25 HRC, while the surface hardness is between 58-62 HRC.

General Dimensions:
The nominal diameters are specified with precise tolerances:

• 1/2” diameter: .499” nominal, .751” b dimension, .853” m dimension, .187” t dimension.
• 3/4” diameter: .749” nominal, 1.126” b dimension, 1.250” m dimension, .312” t dimension.
