- Materials: Bushings are made from CA954 solid bronze, AISI 1117 steel, and include graphite plugs for lubrication.
- Dimensions: Detailed dimensions are provided for each bushing type, including nominal diameter, length, and tolerances.
- Hardness: Materials have specified hardness ratings, such as 170 Brinell for bronze and 58-62 HRC for steel.
- To order shoulder bushings, replace the prefix 'SAB' with 'SHB', 'SGP', or 'STL' depending on the type (bronze plated, graphite plugged, or steel).
- Examples are provided for ordering codes based on internal diameter and length.
- Graphite plugged bushings should not use grease; instead, a light 20 weight oil is recommended for startup lubrication.
- Grease entry holes must be machined by the mold maker for certain bushing types.
- Some bushings are not available in certain diameters, such as 1/2".
