Ordering Information: To order bars cut to length, specify the prefix and finished length. For bars with pocket radii, add '-R' to the catalog number. Guides with corner radii should also have '-R' added to the catalog number.
Design Guidelines: Pocket radii are machined on opposing sides of guides. Bar lengths are modified from standards, and radii are machined on the pocket side to maintain material integrity.
Applications: Bar locks are suitable for stack mold, stripper plate, and three-plate applications. The selection guide provides recommended maximum mold sizes and weights for different lock types.
