SDB 60 Package biogas treatment, drying and boosting unit “Designed for feeding 100 kWe Biogas Engines” PROGECO ha sviluppato un sistema integrato di trattamento biogas che comprende, in un unico skid, pre-filtrazione, filtrazione fine con filtro a candele ceramiche, deumidificazione, compressione e post-riscaldamento del biogas oltre ad un bypass integrato completo di valvole d’intercettazione, il tutto funzionalmente collegato, pronto all'uso in cantiere. Ogni sistema, denominato commercialmente SDB “Sistemi Deumidificazione Biogas" è oggi disponibili nelle nuove taglie 60110-170 Nmc/h tipicamente idonee per essere abbinate a gruppi di cogenerazione da 100-200-300 kW. La produzione standardizzata ed effettuata in mini serie permette inoltre di ottimizzare costi e tempi di consegna rispetto ad una soluzione fatta in economia sul posto. PROGECO has developed a new set of systems which represent the best solution in terms of performance/cost for low biogas flow applications. PROGECO systems consist of skid-mounted package units fitted with the most widely used treatment sections: pre-filter, and biogas drying, boosting and postheating; built-in piping includes a by-pass line with shut-off valves. Each system –which commercial name is SDB, is “readyto-install” and “ready-to-use”. SDB systems are now available also in 60-110-170 Nm3/hr size, suitable for being matched to 100-200-300 kW engines.
