Instructions Overview Prepare powder blend using commercially available bases. Spread powder using a hard rubber spatula. Remove excess powder. Compress powder with Tamper Plate. Add remaining powder and tamp until no excess powder remains. Place Cavity Plate in hot air or conventional oven. Remove Cavity Plate from oven and let cool. Place Tamper Plate, pins facing down, on Cavity Plate. Turn over both plates and tap on Cavity Plate using fist. Tap as many times as required to free tablets from Cavity Plate and let sit on Tamper Plate for 15 minutes. Tablets are now ready for packaging in blister pack or similar container.
