Applied in food industry for refinement of chocolate, sauces, pastes, and fats. Operation Weight, kg, temperature, not more °С, not more SТМО-М-100 1. Magnetic induction on magnetic blocks’ surface is not more than 0.5 T, according to technical specification. 2. Operation pressure is 0.4-0.8 МPа. 3. Separator material is stainless steel. 4. Separator clean-up: manual - type SТМО; mechanical - type SТМО-М. 5. Separator design with a net - SТМОS. 6. Heat carrier temperature up to 100°С. 7. Manufacturing of separators accounting for customer’s requirements is available.
