A) We have 2 cnc plasma lines, 1 cnc press brake, 1 press and 1 guillotine shear machines and the cuts of our sheets required for production are made in our plasma line, and the sheets are made ready to start production by bending them in press machines. The oil tanks are mounted on the body and the hydraulic electrical installation of the body is carried out. The hydraulic installations of the tail gates are done, then the body and the Tail Gates are transferred to the 6th Hole for assembly.

WASTE MANAGEMENT SIMPLLIFIED 6.Hall : Tail Gate and Body Assembly Line and Painting Department A) Tail Gate and body assembly line After the tail gate and body shipped from the 5th hall are sandblasted in the paint section, the primer process is applied before painting. The primed tail gate and body are taken to the assembly line and assembly processes are completed. The products whose final controls are made before painting are placed in the paint queue.

Before the painting process, the equipment is sandblasted and free of oil and burrs, and a clean surface is obtained for the painting process. Primer is applied before painting.
