Rotating dosing station with variegation
The rotating dosing station with variegation is an innovative project by Procma designed to dose various types of ice cream using a single device. This system can accommodate different dosing needs, from single-flavor to dual-flavor with slice or flame patterns, and both internal and external variegation. The device can rotate to create two swirls in the same container.
The dosing station allows for customization by replacing internal accessories based on the type of container being filled. It can be integrated and synchronized with intermittent-cycle filling machines.
Maximum production capacity is approximately 3600 pieces per hour. The system operates at a compressed air pressure of 6 bar, with a maximum air consumption of about 2.3 m3/h.

Il dosatore può soddisfare varie richieste di dosaggio, dal classico dosatore mono-gusto, al bi-gusto con dosaggio a spicchi o a fiamma e il variegato internamente ed esternamente. Il tutto può essere ruotato formando due ciuffi nello stesso contenitore. Le varie tipologie di prodotto si ottengono sostituendo semplicemente degli accessori interni al dosatore che viene personalizzato in funzione del tipo di contenitore....
