The dosing station for puffs is designed to automatically and simultaneously dose multiple puffs onto various products such as cakes, cups, and trays with high precision. This system significantly reduces the labor required for cake decoration, as it only requires one operator to control and load the unit. It enhances productivity, achieving speeds of up to 30 cakes per minute. Additionally, the dosing station can be integrated and synchronized with intermittent-cycle filling machines.
- Maximum Production: Approximately 1800 pieces per hour (cakes).
- Compressed Air Pressure: 6 bar.
- Maximum Air Consumption: Approximately 1 m3/h at 6 bar pressure.
