Rotatory Pneumatic Actuators - Polyamide
Pneumatic actuators made from industrial polyamide are designed for use with glass and composite valves. They are lightweight, highly resistant to corrosion, and silicone-free. The operating temperature range is from -32ºC to 90ºC, suitable for marine and underwater installations, and can be powered by air, water, or non-aggressive fluids up to 8 bar pressure.
The actuators are available in spring return and double acting models, with torques ranging from 17 Nm to 165 Nm at 6 bar. They comply with ISO-5211, DIN-3337, VDE-3845, and NAMUR norms, and meet the PED Directive 97-23-EC and ATEX Directive 94-9-EC.
Equipped with limit switches, solenoid valves, positioners, and manual overrides, these actuators offer a broad range of couplings for most valves. They are used in water treatment, agrochemical industries, textiles, enology, pulp and paper, refineries, and irrigation automation.
Models such as PPW, PP00, PP10, and PP20 are detailed with specific cycle times, weights, and capacities. Tables provide double acting and spring return torques for different bar pressures, showing initial and final torque values.
