XT
The XT series pumps are available in three models: XT100, XT150, and XT200, each with varying discharge and suction sizes. The maximum impeller diameter is 5.98 inches, and the shaft sleeve is made of 316 stainless steel. The pumps are equipped with a NEMA JM face motor, and the Pump Energy Index ranges from 0.933 to 0.995.
Mechanical Seal Types
The pumps offer single mechanical seals in two types: Type 21 Buna and Type 21 Viton, both with carbon versus ceramic configurations. Additional seal options are available.
Features
The pump design is compact and close-coupled, with options for double seals (Type 9 & 21) and high pressure up to 300 PSI. Teflon seals and flush options (recirculating and quench) are also available.
Materials
The pump volute and impeller materials vary by model: XT (AI) uses cast iron, XT (BF) uses cast iron and bronze, XT (SF) uses cast iron and 316SS, XT (AB) uses bronze, and XT (SS) uses 316SS.
Applications
These pumps are suitable for waste water treatment, hot solvents, deionized water, chemical processes, plating equipment, and agricultural chemicals.
Optional Configurations
Options include air motors up to 2-1/2 HP, vertical mounting, power frame mounting, and long-coupled mounting.
Performance and Dimensions
The maximum flow rates are 120 GPM for XT100, 250 GPM for XT150, and 400 GPM for XT200. Maximum head is 150 feet. The maximum suction size varies from 0.120 inches to 0.250 inches depending on the model. Maximum temperature is 300°F (149°C), with pressure ratings up to 350 PSI depending on the seal type.
