Standard Specifications
The JB series pumps are available in three models: JB100, JB150, and JB200, each with different discharge and suction sizes. The maximum impeller diameter is 8.00 inches, and they are equipped with a NEMA JM face motor. The Pump Energy Index ranges from 0.810 to 0.930. Mechanical seals are available in single, 1-1/2” Type 21 Viton, carbon vs. ceramic, with additional seal options available. The gasket is made of Teflon, with an optional O-ring.

Features
The pump design is compact and close-coupled, with double seal options (Type 9 & 21) and a high-pressure option up to 300 PSI. Teflon seals (Type 9) and flush options (recirculating & quench) are available. The pump volute and impeller materials vary between 316SS and cast iron, depending on the model.

Applications
These pumps are suitable for waste water treatment, hot solvents, deionized water, chemical processes, plating equipment, and agricultural chemicals.

Materials of Construction
