NC MULTI-SLIDES PROGRAMMABLE CMP 250
Pressmac has introduced a new version of its multi-slide NC, the CMP 250, which is more compact and offers a bending force of 2 tons. This model significantly reduces changeover time to less than one hour.
The CMP 250 features a new software called 'OCP' that optimizes cam operations, resulting in a 100% increase in production. The use of a single general cam instead of multiple cams reduces tool costs by 30%.
- Speed: 0 to 300 strokes per minute, depending on the application.
- Drive: All numerical NC with 20 slides on the frame.
- Slide Capacity: 4 Tons CN stroke (0-40/50 mm) and 2 Tons CN stroke (0-40 mm), both linear or radial.
- Angle Gear: Adjustable from -90° to +90°.
- Feeder Speed: 0 to 300 strokes per minute with various gripper configurations.
- Press Module: Simple and double cam options with dynamic force measurement, up to 240Kn force.
- Ejector: Double ejector with a stroke of 0-100mm.
- Weight: Short version 5 tons, long version 6 tons, depending on configuration.
- Dimensions: Short version (L=1960 x H=2203 x W=800), Long version (L=2460 x H=2203 x W=800).
The CMP 250 can be configured for both linear and radial applications. Automation is facilitated through a swivel and mobile panel with a large touch screen. A special security remote control is available for manual mode operations.
