PISTOLE SERIE CH CH SERIES GUNS Le teste spalmatrici serie CH vengono preferibilmente utilizzate in tutte quelle applicazioni laddove è richiesta una spalmatura hot–melt in continuo o a tratto interrotto di vario spessore e con larghezza fino a 60 mm. Vengono montati moduli che presentano al loro interno l’innovativo sistema di guarnizioni a cartuccia (appositamente studiato e realizzato) che garantisce una tenuta perfetta alle alte pressioni e alle temperature elevate nonché una manutenzione minima, economica, semplice e duratura nel tempo. Sono realizzate senza l’utilizzo del tradizionale carter esterno e presentano un rivestimento protettivo antiaderente sul corpo pistola all’interno del quale viene inserito il cablaggio elettrico che garantisce una maggiore sicurezza ed affidabilità. Il riscaldamento è realizzato tramite termoresistenze di alta affidabilità e controllato da sensori di elevata precisione. Un’ampia gamma di modelli permette di trovare sempre la soluzione completa ed ottimale ad ogni problema di incollaggio. The coating heads CH series are ideal for all hot melt coating applications. They can be used for continuous or interrupted strip with different thickness and widths up to 60 mm obtained from an innovating and versatile system for the easy change of the laminating width. These guns are equipped with modules with interchangeable seal cartridge system (appositely designed and manufactured) that ensures perfect tightness against operating pressure and an economical, virtually maintenance-free working life. The gun body is with a protective, non-stick coating on the gun body where is inserted the electric wiring for the best safety and the stainless steel glue filter which can be removed without disassembling the hose, ensuring the complete absence of impurities. The heating is produced by the most reliable electric elements and controlled by very accurate sensors.
