The CHRocodile IT DTW optical sensor works with infrared light and is perfectly suited for the non- contact thickness measurement of non-transparent materials from one side. The wide measuring range makes it universally useful for many measuring tasks in the quality assurance and production of wafers, solar cells and plastic products. The extraordinarily high dynamic response and the outstanding signal-to-noise ratio of the CHRocodile sensors ensure the best measuring results on surfaces with differing reflectivity.
