General Overview
The SMARTBOX-Count program by Precisa Gravimetrics AG offers functionalities for piece counting, percentage weighing, and checkweighing with tolerances. It allows storage of article numbers, product names, reference weights, and tare weights in permanent memory for future use. Weighing samples can be totaled with protocol printouts.

Scope of Delivery
The standard configuration includes a balance with smartbox count and a printer or PC. Optional accessories include a barcode scanner, barcode printer, signal lamp, and secondary display.

Standard Applications

• Piece-Counting: Items of uniform weight can be counted by determining a reference piece weight through various methods, such as using a balance or entering via keyboard. The balance display shows the count in pieces.
• Percentage-Weighing: Displays weight as a percentage of a defined reference weight. Reference weight can be set using a balance or keyboard.
• Plus-Minus-Weighing: Checks measurements against a defined reference value with allowable deviations, displaying symbols for deviations on the balance.
• Add Up: Totals several samples, with options for automatic or manual capture and printout.

Technical Data
Dimensions for Series 320 XB, XT, XR are 125 x 150 x 33 mm, weighing 265 g. Language options include German, English, and French. The memory can store up to 1000 articles and 250 tare registers. Interfaces include 2 standard RS232 ports, with optional expansion to 4 ports. The smartbox supports up to 6 interfaces and can be remotely controlled via RS232. Software updates are available online.

Includes 15 customizable text lines and 85 predefined lines for measured values and results.
