ROC Weighbridge 03/2008 10-01-00-1 FT Presentation A ROC weighbridge is always composed of a central element with four support points. Three elements of this type are available, namely the 4 m, 6 m and 7 m modules. 4 m central module 6 m central module 7 m central module One or two lateral modules with two support points may be added at each end of this central module so as to make up the required length. Two elements of this type are available, namely the 6 m module and the 7 m module. Main Features The ROC weighbridge is a prefabricated concrete modular weighbridge designed to perform all vehicle weighing applications and that can be used to build a weighbridge with a size adapted to your project starting from 5 standard elements. Its modular design made of precast structured concrete has many advantages : Installation conditions : on the ground or in a shallow pit with preliminary and extremely simple civil works. Installation times : • a single delivery truck for all elements*, • in 24 hours, including initial verification, • with no anchorage. Operating conditions : • passage in all directions for the pit version, • inspection doors for functional devices (load cells, stops, junction box) made of galvanised steel, • easily movable and reinstallable if necessary. Long life : resistance to corrosion, shocks, live loads and vibrations. 6 m lateral module 7 m lateral module Production example : Roc 14 m The ROC weighbridge may indifferently be fitted with 35 t SCL analogue load cells or 30t ASL load cells to get the best advantage of the numerical chain. European conformity Conform with the definition of a conventional load receptor according to the WELMEC 2.4 guide.
