Warranty Policy
Pratt & Whitney offers a warranty for parts that prove defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of shipment. The warranty covers repair free of charge, provided the product has been properly installed, maintained, and operated within normal usage limits. Repairs are conducted at the factory in Bloomfield, Connecticut.

Rebuilding and Retrofitting
Pratt & Whitney offers programs to update obsolete instruments to digital or laser configurations. Components are evaluated, replaced, or remanufactured to new condition, with a full warranty and certification traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology. The price may include supervision of initial setup and training on-site.

Calibration Certification and Training
