Metal Chip Processing S O L U T I O N S A T W O R K When PRAB installation and operational guidelines are followed, the equipment will perform as designed, or we will revise, repair, or make whatever changes are necessary to achieve the proper operation of the equipment. Separate Fluids From Solids In wet grinding swarf, machining fines and filter cake PRAB’s Horizontal Screw Press allows fluids to be efficiently separated from metal solids. The press extracts up to 80% of the liquid content, which allows the costs associated in the handling and disposal of these hazardous materials to be drastically reduced. With the Extract 80% of liquids Minimize hazardous waste disposal costs Reduce housekeeping and maintain a cleaner facility Recapture and re-use cutting and grinding fluids Complete automated systems are available Covered by PRAB’s one-year warranty addition of PRABMonlan filteration system, these fluids can be recycled back into your process. A PRAB Dualpak briquetter can further enhance the process by increasing fluid recovery up to 99% and yields solid metal briquettes. Capacity kg/h* Screw Max. The heavy-duty stainless steel screw compresses the wet material forcing liquids through the stainless steel wedgewire screen. Perforated (2,4 mm) screens with replaceable liners are also available. Variable frequency drives and Class II gearboxes are standard. SP-6 screw press on mobile base with solid and liquid containment slide in trays below. PRAB Europe ul.
