Specifications
The LU Series Lock-up Valve is available in two models: LUS (Single Acting) and LUD (Double Acting). It operates with air as the fluid and requires a signal pressure between 1.4 to 7 bar. The line/proof pressure is 10 bar, and it functions within a temperature range of 20 to +70℃ as standard. The pneumatic connection is NPT ¼, with a hysteresis of 0.1 bar and a flow capacity (Cv) of 0.9. The body is made of aluminum, with the LUS model weighing 0.65 kg and the LUD model 0.8 kg.

The codification for the LU Series includes:

• Acting: S for Single, D for Double
• Pneumatic connection: 1 for PT (Rc) ¼, 2 for NPT ¼
• Temperature: 1 for -20~70°C, 2 for -20~120°C

Features
The LU lock-up valve monitors the valve supply pressure and locks it in the last position if there is a pressure loss or if the pressure drops below a preset value. It features a rugged aluminum or 316 die-cast housing, stable setting pressure, no electrical parts, high flow capacity, and options for single or double acting.
